There's an Eskimo in Powell....and his name is Mark ;-)

'POOF'........there's Mark ;-)
.......and now with my 'vintage b/w' technique on the next frame...... Love the sun and the reflection off his eyes.....

Following along the trails...using my 'texture' technique
Daddy, Mark and me had such a nice day. Mark and Daddy had haircut's (Mark's-long overdue) at Daddy's barber, then we went to Highbanks Park right down the street to let Mark run around. It is a 'heatwave' up here at 50 degrees and sunny~ after being in the 30's we were like....time to go outside...... yea!!!!! He had so much fun looking at birds, dogs and waving to all the people. He was quite a hit out and about today. Everyone said that he was so darling in his hat and a handsome little boy!!! After looking at the pictures I took, I have to agree that he is one cute kid!!!! I was also happy to see other photographers out and about today snapping away~ makes me feel 'normal'...wink, wink! I was actually taking pictures to put on our Christmas cards, and now my problem is picking just ONE!!!! We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I am so thankful for many things in my life, but most of all my family!!!!! I will be adding as I go, so be sure to check back for more later! :-)

Is it deer season yet????? Wink, wink!Just precious! Just walking along.....content! Really happy now!

Using my 'antique mocha-wash' technique......Vintage Mark or (the lion in the Wizard of Oz-wink!)~ My own custom creation, using my 'texture' and 'vintage' techniques....

Mmmmm...Hot Cocoa on a Cold Day!

Little Eskimo ;-) LOVE the tongue out holding her cocoa- priceless!
Now with my 'vintage b/w'....
Mommy made her some hot cocoa so she could warm up.... Princess 'Pretty Eyes'...
I LOVE this one- of her in the wagon!!! Using my 'bold color' technique. I think she looks like a young lady here....more than 3 years old!
And my 'texture' technique to it now.
On our way to get some cocoa- happy! Love this expression- priceless!
We were playing "we are not going to smile" game- I won! ;-)
I think this is where she was getting her hot cocoa or the tickle monster (me) was coming to get her......love the laugh!
Reminds me of a scene from 'The Wizard of Oz'. She is trying to find Diego (her cat)......so she is sad because we never could find him??? He is probably where it is warm ;-)

I knew we could get her to smile...... A couple pictures of their farm. They did not ask for this, but I couldn't resist doing a couple.
I call the picture below....'Openings'......4 of their dogs......

Land of Sugarbelle, SnugglePuppy and 29 Degrees??#@?#?@$???

Miss Caroline.....so precious! Along with Miss Caroline's beautiful family and Sugarbelle, her pony....this is her most prized possession, SnugglePuppy- in tow! Love this 'pouty' look- we all started to get cold about now.
One of my favorite photos- so artistic looking and definitely one of a kind! I was far, far, far away in a land called Plain City (it actually is less than 10 miles, but it sounds far-right?) to meet little cutie-patootie Caroline. When I first arrived, I was greeted by 8 dogs telling me hello I am sure. Then I met Caroline's beautiful family a couple of minutes later. Mom, Chris, told me she was so excited to meet "Mrs. Jennifer". I always love to hear that they are happy to see me! Caroline wanted to show me all her beautiful dresses, and her stuff animal, SnugglePuppy! I asked if she could show me around her beautiful farm and introduce me to her 7 year old pony named Sugarbelle- how cute! She was so excited, forgetting that it was 29 degrees outside. We walked all around and she even got on Sugarbelle briefly for me. I will have to finish this creative session later this week because it really got a little too cold for all of us. We were able to get a ton of great shots, but stay tuned for more! Thanks so much for bearing the cold.....see you in a couple of days..... thus far these are some of my favorite photographs!
Elmo says..."How big is Caroline?"..."Caroline is SO BIG!"
Caroline with her family......love it!!!!! ....and now with the famous 'SnugglePuppy'.... They say if you capture a picture with the sun hitting your camera and making this kind of 'rainbow', that means there are angels all around......using my vintage technique Quittin' Time......
Look at that sky! You would never guess it was freezing outside!

The 'Mark' of Zorro

When Mark has a stick in his hand, he turns into "Zorro".....it really is cute!
HighBanks at its best! Concentrating here........ getting 'Zorro' ready!
Love the sun here....
Here comes Zorro....with a smile!
I had Mark in my arms here, but I still love this view here!
I love this little boy of mine! ....the stick in hand

Reminder

Notice the leaf on his head ;-)
Love when I can find a spot where the sun is like this
Snow or leaves????? Hmmmmmm........
...for me to put these images of Mark up soon. I just now have found the time to work on these- will add over the next couple of days. These were at HighBanks Park last month when the leaves were at their prime.
